WEEK 1.
Please sit and watch and then decide if you would like to take up Judo and join the club. At the end of the session if you would like to join then i will give you the following two forms which must be filled out.
MEDICAL FORM
PHOTO AND IMAGE RECORDING FORM.
WEEK 2.
FORMS RETURNED. Both forms must be returned before you are allowed on the mat.

NOTE:
If you are aged 5yrs and wish to join the Judo Club, we prefer to let you train on a 4 week trial basis. If after the trial period, you wish to join full time, we would be happy to have you train with us as a full time member. Our Admin Department will then process all the paper work and should have your full licence back as soon as possible.
