The Four Month Trophy is awarded in April, August and December. Five Trophies will be presented each time. You can only win one trophy each year in the same category.
ONE |
You must train at least 75% of the time. |
TWO |
Obey the rules, good Judo and give 100%. |
THREE |
Good attitude must be shown at all times to all members. |
