There can be some conflictions with Internet Explorer 6, so you might want to run the free update from microsoft if you are currently not running the latest version. If you are running Internet Explorer 8 then you might have to click compatibility icon which is kind of broken page symbol next to the refresh button on the browser bar.

To view the online gallery, you must have javascripting enabled on your browser, if you only see text when you have logged in, it means you need to enable scripting and java scripting applets through your internet options tab.

You should also be running some kind of flash player - many are free and most up to date computers will already have one pre-installed.

If your computer is relatively new and kept upto date with microsofts updates then you should have no problems what so ever.
